Hi-Lift Jack mounted to the same brackets as the rotopax mount I posted yesterday. Next will be a Universal Grid to mount ammo cans, shovels, etc.

A few more Pics of my 2019 Punk'n Rubicon. Wife and daughter say I need to name it. Never done that before so trying to find one that fits. So far out about 2200 miles on it since picking it up on 2-2-19, and that was even with it being in the shop for almost a week.

Will start a build thread soon, lots of parts ordered, just waiting on them to arrive.

Also wanted to ask what others are seeing height wise? Almost seems like mine is a little higher than others I have seen, and it also sits 100% level front to back. No rake at all on it. I was going to do a leveling kit but there is no need. Both are right around 39 1/2 to 39 3/4 from the center plastic rivet on the outside. Actually higher inside the wheel wells.

UPDATE: 3/17/19 - added a few new pictures, and we came up with a name. This is HeiHei. If you look up the meaning in Maori it is pretty fitting. (Disturbance, storm, commotion) also a dumb checking if you have your kids lol. Either way, it seems to fit in more ways than one, so HeiHei it is.

Soon to have more pictures as my Roam frame mounted rock rails have shipped as well as all of my metalcloak and Rock hard parts.

to bring this thread back up, pic of Jeep at Bailey Island Maine

upload_2018-10-20_17-33-14.jpeg
Great photo! Can’t wait to get my Punkn Jeep up to Bailey Island one day. My wife’s family has a place there and have been visiting multiple times per year for 25 years. Truly a beautiful spot! Thanks for sharing the pic!

yes, that was taken at Cooks Lobster house. The peninsulas at Bailey Island and Harpswell are very nice rides.

another is further up the coast at East Boothbay Ocean point. The road is nice loop on the ocean. I live a few miles away in Brunswick

I’m buying my wife a new Jeep for her birthday (milestone bday but I won’t say which on). She currently drives a yellow ‘06 LJ 6sp. She is keeping her current one “for the kids.” Yeah, right. She loves that Jeep but is ready for a new daily driver. My options are limited where we live so on Saturday I will fly down and pick this one up. Then begins my trek of 2,598 or so miles north back home. I guess break in will be done. If anyone wants to know the name of a dealership that is making the trip worth it I’ll let you know after I pick it up.

Sold my Yellow LJ for my Punk'n JL. Not sorry at all.

I wish I could have the extra length for storage sometimes but it looks like that will not be a concern for you two. Congratulations and remember to very the speed a bunch. Might want to do some sight seeing especially over the first 500 miles.

:)
