Maximus-3 is considering attending this year's Jeep the Mac. Still working out the details and logistics.
I personally attended Jeep the Mac 2018 and it was a great time. Especially the winter wheeling on Drummond.

I was all signed up and had lodging set. Then a few weeks later going over my calendar, I noticed that I already had a commitment as a wedding photographer. for that exact weekend. Lucky, I was able to get my payment back minus 5 bucks.....So making money that weekend instead of spending it.

For those who's done this in the past, what's the experience like? I'm especially interested in the Drummond Island bit. I did a Jeep Jamboree there a few years ago and it was very well organized and guided. What's this one like? I'm a beginner at this so I want to make sure I don't get myself into too much trouble.

Sorry we can't make it. Too early in the year, my wife is a teacher and can't miss school days. We plan on going to "JeepEnd" this year that is also held on Drummond Island. They haven't updated their website for 2019 yet, but they have an active Facebook page. Last weekend in July I believe. https://jeepend.com/

I’m curious about this as well. I know there won’t be guides looking out for us.

Would be nice to get the members together for Saturday morning and have a meeting spot on the island.
Can hit the trails together and look out for each other as a group. Should be a good time.

Question for ya: realistically what can I expect to do in my stock JLUR there in Drummond? I’m pretty sure the steps look doable. Just how deep are some of these water holes?
