While i dont know the specifics... in my state(michigan) its possible to get Side by sides(polaris RZR, CanAM Maverick, etc) registered and plated for on road use. Seems like the Roxor could easily take advantage of this too??
On a side note: I have seen one(roxor) in person and its the most stripped down, bare bones basic thing i have EVER seen... No way it would ever in a million years compare to any current or even 25 year old jeep.
