Well after 101 days of waiting I finally got my 2019 JLUR delivered. I ordered on 10/15 so I have had plenty of time so slowly build up parts for when my Jeep finally got here. I am excited to finally get to start my build thread.

Starting platform:
2019 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon Stingray
3.6 V6 with automatic transmission
Body colored hard top and fenders
Steel bumper group
Tow package
LED lights
Electronics package
Cloth seats

Currently purchased mods:

ARB fridge/freezer 50qt

DFG fridge slide

Warn Zeon 10s winch with synthetic rope

Warn winch plate

Torin big red bottle Jack - 8 ton

ARB dual compressor - still need to find mounting solutoon.

Outback adventures tailgater table

MyFak first aid kit

Tazer JL mini

Evo manufacturing tire carrier

I plan to install all of these myself over the next couple of weeks. Once I get my Jeep back from Evo manufacturing.

Planned mods:
These should all be on by next week.

Evo mfg JL high clearance pro long arm kit

King coilovers and hydrolic bump stops

JE reel 1350 front and rear drive shafts

Yeti XD adjustable track bar

17x9 KMC XD229 machete bead locks

37x13.5 Cooper STT Pro tires

Got off the phone with off-road evolution today and they told me the Yeti trackbar still hasn't come in. Said I could wait or use a JKS trackbar that they had on site. I chose to go with the JKS as I haven't heard anything bad about it and am too impatient lol. Got a quick pic on the lift.

Picked up my Jeep from Off-Road Evolution yesterday and I have been smiling from ear to ear since. The only thing they weren't able to do was the axle gussets. The kit they had was a prototype and it just wasn't ready yet.

I drove it home and it rode great. A little on the stiff side but I imagine the brand new coilovers will settle a bit plus I didn't have the spare or my winch or sliders on yet. Mel said to wheel it a bit and see how I like the settings, after that bring it back and they will adjust them free of charge to dial it in for me. They also will retorque and lube everything after 500 miles.

I snapped some quick pics yesterday and did a few of the easy mods. Got the Mopar floor mats installed. Took off the sides of the steel front bumper. Put in my med kit. Installed the Tazer JL and reprogrammed the tire size and tpms numbers.

Got a couple of beers and a buddy and was able to stay dry enough today in the rain to install the Evo hd rear tire carrier. Pretty straight forward installation but would be next to impossible without someone there to help hold it up and keep it in place while you tighten everything.

I wasn't a fan of how you have to remove the torx bolts on the camera and brake light every time you wanted to take off the rear tire. So I am copying a member on this forum I believe and am moving the brake light behind the wheel and bending the bracket to make it work. I also cut the old camera housing off and placed it over the camera for some more protection. I'll take more pictures of what I did later.

Quick update to the tire carrier. Got the third brake light mounted behind the tire. Not the cleanest looking when the tire is off but it's hidden by the tire so it doesn't matter.

I clearly need to clean my garage a bit lol.

Last night after the game I was able to install the out back adventures trailgater. Really easy install. It feels solid, doesn't have any rattles, and I think it looks great.

Mine was the whole tail gate reinforcement. It just happened to come with the brake light relocation. This one is designed where it actually mounts in front of the tire but I didn't like how hard it would make it to remove the tire so I put it behind it.

Killer rig! Good to see what my stance will look like with the coilovers. Finally knocking mine out this week.
