How do you get Sirius Guardian to work. I press the Assist button on the rearview mirror and get a message" There was an error in running Assist. Please try again later." I have tried on several different days and times and nothing. Today I tried four consecutive times and nothing. Who do I contact? Thanks.

I have never tried the assist button on the rearview mirror however the phone app will not work for me on either Sirius Guardian or u connect . Uconnect worked for a couple of months after I got my jeep but I have not been able to get health updates or able to remote start or get any information about my jeep at all from the u connect or Sirius Guardian app! Doesnā€™t matter to me , Iā€™m not paying for it after this poor service. I contacted you connect about it but they just seem to blow me off! All of this was in conjunction talking with jeep cares and uconnect about the off-road pages which I still donā€™t have and Iā€™m not gonna waste my time going to the dealership To have them done.

My vehicle is 30 days old and all the sudden I get an email with a Health Report. it tells me speed I've attained and every other type of driverinformation. I don't like bigbrother watching! I called upand canceled all thosefeatures,the hell with that!

So, my Uconnect just quit working. Every time I try to Start, lock, unlock or anything, it says it failed. Doesn't work on the Mopar.com website either. Worked a couple of days ago, fine, and now nothing. Anyone have any ideas of what to do. I've logged out, deleted, tried the Sirius Uconnect app, and nothing works. Vehicle will remote start with remote. 2019 JLUR with 8.4 radio

And I "strongly encourage"that Individuals are fully aware of possible consequences if they don't!
As a 25 year law enforcement officer, I can tell you from experience that IF you God forbid happen to get involved in an accident and you might have been speeding or anything else that the report picks up, that is completely discoverable!

I have a 2019 JL. Error message from XM says; No signal - Contact Dealer.
Waze, Apple apps, Google Maps, and even the Uconnect map have me anywhere from 2-25 miles off my actual course.

Has anyone else experience this? Going to the dealer tomorrow, but my experience has been that they say a software fix is coming sometime in the distant future.

I have already been to the dealer. Known defect, a STAR report has been filed. Dealer is replacing the head unit.
Very disappointing, I returned my ā€˜18 JL after 11 months after similar issues. Now ā€˜19 model, and the problems are worse.
