I've had 3 different hard tops on 3 different Wranglers, and every single one of them leak water on the inside of the rear glass. There's a lot of threads on this. It's considered normal. If you've got water literally streaming into the rear that's a different ballgame. But if you're talking about just finding water on the inside of the rear glass, good luck because that's just the way it is. The design of the rear glass doesn't apply much compression to the weather seal and blocking 100% of water is impossible.
