It happens time after time again, even with all the youtube comments bashing every company for putting in music with their exhaust clips. Why doesn't anyone learn?!Thanks for the sound clip , I could almost hear the exhaust over that obnoxious music.
Hey it's Monday! Got an ETA on the new video? LolThe music is barely there.... listen for the exhaust.
I honestly didn't even know there was music at the end.
I have another video I will upload Monday.
I agree 100%! Many exhaust system manufacturers have sound clips that are ONLY the exhaust note, nothing more!Would be nice to have an actual sound clip going down the road at speed, through a few rpm ranges, not just a 3 second startup.
Appreciate the product and will probably be getting one, but a decent sound clip should be easy enough and help sell your product.
Thanks!
Just installed mine tonight, simplest install EVER! Don't even think about trying to work the muffler off the rubber hanger mounts, just remove the 2 bolts (13mm) on each hanger (only one hanger on each side) and the 15mm pipe clamp nut and your removal is done! Put a dab of silicone grease on the Dynomax prong and it will slide right into that rubber hanger without issue. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish.
FWIW very impressed w/ the sound quality, no cabin drone and sounds strong throughout the rpm ranges. For low rpm hwy driving you shouldn't notice much more volume and even at start up it's not a lot of change.
I WILL post up a full sound clip this weekend in the cabin and out, so stay tuned!
Not IMO, was only $99 and I got rid of this, looks factory, mounts up in 20 minutes and sounds very good at all rpms (again, IMO). Plus, at least from the looks of it, you will still need to provide piping from the cutout on back to eliminate exhaust from exiting under the floor boards when you're running in bypass mode.https://www.extremeterrain.com/x-force-electronic-exhaust-cutout-kit-3-8717-yj-tj-jk.html
better option nearly the same price
