Hi.

After hearing from a couple sources that even replacement factory steering stabilizers are showing up faulty, I'm looking at buying the Teraflex Falcon 2.1 stabilizer. I have a stock, two door. Is anybody running this and what differences have you noticed in drive, handling, etc.

I put the nexus Falcon adjustable on my Rubicon about a month after bringing home from the dealership. I was not having and am not having any steering problems but I had the electronic adjustable Steering on my grand Cherokee and I was wanting to mimic the steering of the grand Cherokee as close as possible with my Rubicon. There is night and day difference with the adjustable steering stabilizer. It works great!

There are quite a few Jeep dealers that have been ordering large quantities of 2.2 stabilizers lately to install on JL's for this reason. A little extra positive caster goes a long way as well. Keep that in mind.

It almost becomes worth it to throw on a small 2.5" lift with the Teraflex geometry correction brackets and the stabilizer just to make sure theres no issues with wobble out of the box

What would you set your caster to? I have your st1 kit, want to make sure I set it up right.

If I’m only going with the Teraflex 1.5 with Falcon shocks and 33’s, would I still benefit from the adjustable or would I be better off with the 2.1 non adjustable?

It's less about tire/lift size and more about what you are going to do with the Jeep.

If you are going to street drive it and have no interest in fine tuning it to your liking, (Some people are picky and I can appreciate that) then there will be no benefit to running the 3.3's. Stick with the monotubes.
If you plan to do unique offroading and will benefit from being adjustable per terrain, then you will definitely see the benefit of the 3.3's.
If you would benefit from the extra shock travel off road, but aren't sure if you want adjustability or not, go with the 3.1's. The 3.1 piggyback shock can be upgraded to a 3.3 via the cartridge upgrade kit and has more travel than the monotube.
