Rear Seat USB and Outlet Install

So I was under the (false) impression that the Sport S with Technology group came with the 4 USB and 1 120v outlet. Has anyone tried/looked into installing these on the center console? I would like to try and use the factory trim plates also, but don't know if you can buy those yet.

I have a sport S JLU. Here is what I did.

And no the needed harness' are not in the rear of the center console to easily add the factory usb and 115 volt outlet. I look very carefully when I had the rear of the console apart.

I too was under the impression the tech package provided the two extra USB ports.

For curiosities sake, does anyone know what package or option provides these ports?
Is this a feature limited to Uconnect 8.4" ?
