Not sure if it's a national campaign, but the Jeep dealership near me is running a sale through the end of January for buy 3 tires, get the 4th tire free.

I mentioned that to a guy there he said he could give me the fifth tire for 10 percent off. But then he preceded to tell me the specific tire I was looking for wasn't available without heavy additional shipping charges, so all for not .
