No, but I’ll ask a guy at work. Hes got one of those overland 4Runners and is pretty familiar with the area.

Sounds like it's not a trail per se, but a route they created that covers multiple trails/States etc.

And the verdict is no. The guy I work with has not been on the trail, if he has he possibly did a few stretches of it, however he said he would like to take an entire week off and do the whole thing.
