2019 Aluminum bumper backordered?

Placed my order for Bumper, and parts 12/21 the day the dealership called and said my new Jeep was in. After a week contacted customer service and was told orders were taking 2 weeks to ship out. I would think if a product is not available for immediate shipment it should be listed as backordered. It would have made a difference in my choice as now I have to wait at least 3 weeks , maybe more since customer service still hasn’t given me an eta for shipment while my Jl Sport S sits on the dealerslot, no doubt gettting lots of unwanted attention as itmthe only 2019 Jl there.

Ordered mine on 12/14...through Northridge 4x4 with no updates, ETA or any tracking info other than "Drop shipped from Manufacturer". Mine didn't say anything about be back ordered either. Bummer for sure.
