I do have Geico's breakdown insurance. That would suffice if I had a major repair. I suppose they would cover it if the dealer were to fix and use Mopar parts. It says in the policy my choice of repair shop.You shouldn't cancel the warranty. What if your head unit or another piece of expensive equipment breaks outside of 60K, you'll wish you had that warranty - tire size wouldn't come into play if your Navigation or the other screen stopped working. If they didn't think 35s were okay, then they wouldn't have built the rubicon to fit them.
