Any updates? Loving the build
Added a few small things! I’ll add something pictures later this week. New ham radio, exhaust, 20” light bar on the bumper.

Waiting for Dana to release the Ulitmate dana 44 in 3-4 weeks. That’s the next big item

Also just added the ace engineering license plate relocation bracket. Took off the rear bumper and don’t plan on putting anything on besides a small bumper fascia to cover the frame.
Ham radios power supply is mounted down by the passengers feet. I used the aux 4 switch which has a fuse rated to 15amps. No issues with this tyt 7800 50w wated. It pulls max around 8.5 amps

67 designs driver side mount with unverisal mount.
It mounts using 3M and a factory hole/ bolt. drilling two other holes is optional.

I chose to drill the other two holes as well for added strength.

I did a rear bumper delete on my JK and love it. I used the Ace kit. I see that Rustys has a rear fascia cover kit. Is that what you used? Looks stout and I have seen a few people smash the JL rear pinch seams. Do you have a pic of the rear with bumper delete and new exhaust?

I used the ace kit. It comes with the led for license plate and camera relocation. I do not have a rear fascia yet. I might do the ace because it may be the only one to clear my tire. It is a 35” in the stock position/ height. I feel like the evo ones are straight across at the bottom and it could potentially contact the tire. The ace one dips down along the frame. I’ll check out Rusty’s

The Rusty part is actually different than the Ace and Evo. It protects the rear fascia that I seen smashed a few times

I see that now. Looks like it requires drilling? Not sure how I feel about how it looks

I might paint it body color or do the bumper delete from Ace with it. It is a very vulnerable area for damage on the JL. Watch the JL Experience video, Eddie and Mel both crushed theirs in that video. Kevin smacked his in the Lite Brite videos also.

Added the corner pieces from Rusty’s. Looks nice and wraps underneath. Should prevent damage.

Lots more parts on the way..went a little overboard recently!

Synergy HD Tie rod w/ stab relocation bracket
Dana ultimate 44 for JL w/ 5.13’s and e locker. ( rear already geared to 5.13’s)
Tazer programmer

Lastly.. thinking about the method 701’s..any thoughts on those?

You going with larger tires since you have d44's and 5.13's now?
