I have a good wine pallet.

You ever have Cooper and Thief, it's the only wine I truly enjoy, otherwise it usually all tastes the same to me (I always have it whenever I do drink, as my allergies and sensitive stomach make drinking beer a nightmare)

Never had it, I like bourbon barrel aged beers, never tried a wine like that. If I see it will give it a go. I’m from the east coast and typically prefer Italian, French and ca/or wines dine in that style,

I write, do wildlife photography, and I’m fairly well-known in the martial arts world. The last is the only thing I’m known for. My wife says I'm a good singer. But I'm a Jack of all trades. Able to do a little bit of everything from working on cars (14 years in the automotive world as a tech) to working on plumbing, electric and even successful as a bicycle mechanic (10 years)
