The Box is Back ! I love the utilitarian "form follows Function " , BUT, how will it pass Federal Crash Tests ??
The blend of 21st Century all -"electric with the last Centuries' O So Colonial Land Rover is "perfect" combo, but actual production in this form totally Defies the Nanny State.

The Bollinger was designed with a GVWR of 10001#, making it a Class 3 vehicle. It doesn't have to pass all the normal passenger safety requirements and crash tests.
