If you zoom in on the image, they look like Cooper Discoverer S/T and the wheels look like the stock base model steel wheels.

The tires are Cooper S/T Maxx stock size and those are stock wheels. I am going to change out wheels but have not found anything I like that doesn't give you a -20 offset.
