Quake LED has headlights for the JL. Check out their website. I installed them in mine. They are awesome.
I dont want bluetooth, and fluff that adds costs and will fail way before a headlight should. Less is more.

Headlights have 2 features, low and high.

Yes sir you are correct, I to drop not need a Bluetooth controller for LED’s just looking f9r low and high beams and would also be nice to have a halo ring but just something that plugs into my existing halogen harness

Diode Dynamics sells a halo ring that you can add to your existing halogens. Check out their website.

I just looked at them and am curious how they attach, I can only assume that the halo ring attaches to the outside of the existing halogen lamp housing

It looks like you have to open up the headlights to install them. Not sure I'm ready to heat/bake my headlight yet.
