24" CB antenna...7" shorter than factory, bulkier, great reception and doesnt look like a mini carrot(not a fan of the funny looking 2" antennas, sorry just saying). Adds a lot of character to the appearance - also used black heat shrink tubing at the base of the antenna to hide the large chrome adapter nut. Link is where you can find this high quality shrink tubing also have many colors avail other than black.

So then are you running coax from your CB to the current connection or re-using the cable from the antennae? If you are using new coax, what length. looking at getting a CB setup and would love to just replace the stock antennae instead of running all the way to the back.
BTW I dont have a CB radio...just like the bulky look and height of the antenna

Wow nice work!! Painted or powder coated? Either way looks really good...actually for some reason that gave me a good idea, someone should invent some kind of quick disconnect for a-pillar lights(somehow incorporate it into the mounting screw kinda like quick disconnect flag mast's)..that way us JL's can have the a-pillar lights AND fold the windshield down I

That is not a bad idea! I just painted them with bed liner, little more durable
