Skyjacker uses a dual rate long travel coil. Thiers are a high strength/different wire than the MFG who says no powder coating so here they are in red.

Rear Coils in and done in the rear.

The insulators on the JL have locator that seats in a hole, the coil pig tail location is important and they can fall out I used an adhesive rtv to insure they stayed put through assembly

These long travel coils compressed a bit makes installation much easier. I use few layer of painter's tape to avoid damage to powder coat.

JL also has 2 differant coil spring rates in the rear so be sure to verify placement.

Had done the front springs first I would have had these nice protectors I removed from the coils to use rather than tape.

Frame mounted track bar relocation was simple using existing holes and lined up axle perfectly.

Bump stop extensions use existing holes as well.

AFE intake is a high quality piece and dropped all stock mounting points.

Also installed thier exhaust simple and fit like OE. Not sure the tip are going to last on the trail but the are removable so not to concerned. Really liking the black finish. Came as a cat back but installed only muffler for now. Waiting to hear as the cat back loses the resonator and on my JK magnaflow that got a bit loud.

A little goes a long ways with POR15 and if you close the lid on the can with pint on it you will never get it open again.
Another POR tip, never open the can but drill two self tapping screws into the side, one at the top and one at the bottom (one for a spout and one for a vent. Remove both screws to pour out and replace screws. I have a quart can I did that to about ten years ago and it's still usable.

Great build, can't wait to see how it turns out.

Next on the list, REEL Drivelines 1350 shafts front and rear. Yoke changes required, this why I am not a fan of crush sleeves. A mistake here and I will doing gears sooner than I thought. These are heavy duty option. They also have 1310 version.

Installed and a 1 degree difference in yoke to shaft on the rear so hopeful the test drive goes well.

Sent info on the splines showing to JE Reel and waiting on feedback. Looks a bit short to me.

They were short. JE Reel sent new shafts a call tag for return.

Bumpers arrive this week so in preparation for the lighting I ran wire. Alot easier prior to bumpers as I fished wire through frame. Anywhere it makes a corner protected with a good length of split look. I always run separate power and ground back for each light even though all 4 corners will be on same switch. This way all grounds in same location on a ground stud.

Found a nice large hole in front to exit frame directly under battery where OEM switch wires land.
