Ive got a JLU 2.0 -- Is mine a mild hybrid?

Hi, I'm new to Jeeps, but I dove in head first. Bought a JLU Sahara on Labor Day and opted for the 2.0 turbo. (It's got more torque to tow my boat)...anyway, Ive been reading about the mild hybrid system. Does my Jeep have this? It does have stop-start.

Yes the 2.0L turbo is a mild hybrid. This similar mild hybrid system is becoming very common across pretty much all car brands to meet worldwide fuel mileage standards. It helps helps launch the vehicle from a stop up to a point at low rpm when the system cuts out and the gas engine is on its own. These system seem to increase fuel mileage by 3 mpg or so. Every little bit helps I guess. Worldwide emissions and mileage standards are getting very strict so this tech is really only a stop-gap for the moment.
