Made a tonneau cover out of aluminum diamond plate, painted white, just used the factory holes for the hard top/soft tops. Now I can lock some things in there without the top on and make it not as easy for people to lift things out of there. If the Rust-Oleum tractor paint doesn't last, then I'll just have it powder coated, just figured I'd go the $10 route first.

I love this. Do you mind sharing your dimensions and/or how you did it?

You should try to find some security bolts so that someone can't come and open your cover with a common tool.

That looks REALLY GOOD--CONGRATS--

I'm making a SIMILAR cover, but in doing so, you have to make your own MEASURED LAYOUT !!

Pretty simple, it's the TEMPLATE TRANSFER AND THE CUTTING--that's the hard part !

It takes some planning and pre-dimensional assignment-

Good job Tad !

Sorry, it has been a long time since I've been out here. What were the details you were wanting?

Why are there two pieces and what did you use for the rubber gaskets? Please post details.
Can't get one piece to fit that tight and still be able to get it off. But when I bolt the two pieces together, they are solid enough for no movement and the two pieces make it very easy to remove. The rubber gaskets were just rubber washers purchased at Lowes for around the factory screws. The rubber gaskets I just use 1 inch wide RV seal type that I bought at Autozone or somewhere like that. The black edge is a door edge guard that I bought a 20 foot piece or so from Amazon.

Exact measurements might be tough as there are some curved and angled parts, but I could get rough ones if that would help. Basically just started with a couple big pieces of cardboard and started to shape from there. Then once you have to shape, transfer that to the metal and cut away. I have it off the Jeep now for the winter, if you want I can take photos of it off to see the shapes of the two pieces.
