I was at Sandbanks this past week and saw a Sting-Gray Sahara JLU. When I saw it, I thought "wow, what a cool colour!" forgetting that I was driving a Sting-Gray too! If you were there and are part of this group, hello!

By the way, the Jeep Wave is well respected in this region. I would say 100% return (from drivers who were paying attention).

When y’all put the doors on do you put the bolts back in?

It takes twice as long and I’m not sure it is really necessary.

Not during the summer months. I probably will for winter though.

Almost part of the club! Got delivered to dealer Friday night and found out today after they closed. Got to visit it and looks like it’s keeping good company with a 2-door Mojito. I have never so looked forward to a Monday!

I've not put mine back in, it seems most do not put them back in until winter, which is what I will probably do. I saw on another thread where someone said they took them out and never put them back in.

Our family is in the process of researching RV’s with the plan of living full time and traveling for a year. One idea is to get an RV with good towing capacity to tow my JLUR when I finally pick her up. In researching one of the models of RV I am interested in I came across a post showing a guy who had his custom painted all gray. Damn I want it!!!!

Most likely a Dynamax. http://www.dynamaxcorp.com/

Check them out. We sold our RV and this will be the next route we go. Lots of towing capacity and very nice coaches.

If you order a rig they will paint it whatever color you want.

That is actually in NH throughout the white mountains
Thanks, I kind of figured it wasn’t in CT. I live in NW CT where there used to be a huge amount of areas; everything has been gated and completely blocked off.

No doubt, I live in SW. This state is garbage for motorized recreation!

My thought on this is purely speculation....but I venture to believe it would aid in a roll over or Tbone type impact to have the pins in. As well, my luck would allow for just the right size piece of gravel to get lodged in the opening. It sucks though every time Im putting them back in.....
