UrbanRogue: Beautiful Jeep. At least with the white bird poop is not so obvious! Seriously though, heard about clay barring. Why do it and how often?

Clay bars are often used by professional auto detailers to remove contaminants in the paint and restore the paint to factory condition. Clay bars give the paint a smooth mirror feel and appearance, but are sometimes not easy to use correctly. You need to constantly lubricate the surface and keep folding the clay to make sure the contaminants you are removing don’t scratch the surface. Typically clay bars are used on a vehicle once or twice a year.
