I think there is, but the angle and glare from the paint may be causing an optical illusion that masks it. You can barely make it out if you follow around from the tailgate.

I don’t believe we’ve seen a JL with that much of the windshield blacked out in the center before. Looks to me like it has a camera for automatic braking there. Although that could be the base rear view mirror’s attach point. I need to search the forums more later when I have more time.
