Went and grabbed my plates from the dealer today. Saw my Salesman’s Rubi and had to park next to it real quick to grab some pics. Both on stock Rubi tires.

So my father was not a member of the FCU, he has since passed away. I do have his discharge papers. Do you think I will qualify?

From what I've seen from USAA eligibility requirements is that your father would have needed to establish membership prior to his passing for you to be eligible. But I agree with Smarrtazz, you should ask. Perhaps he joined and you don't know it.

Edit: Nevermind, my bad, you guys are talking about a different institution.
