We recently installed a set of new Falcon smooth body shocks for the JLU by TeraFlex onto our JLUR and wow, what a difference in ride. The JL already rides good, however these Falcon shocks sure made a difference in ride quality.

Big Bang for the buck on ride quality and they're easy to install. Here's the write-up by our own @Tech Tim showing you how to do it: Teraflex Falcon Shocks for your JL

You do need a lift to install these on your JL. We had previously installed the EVO Mfg. 2.5" boost kit on the JL and it falls right in the 2"-4" lift suggested range from TeraFlex for these shocks.

The wheels are KMC XD231 beadlock wheels: 17"x8.5" with a 4-3/4" backspace.

Those Nittos Ridge Grapplers are great tires too! We've got them in both the 37" D sidewall and the 37" E sidewall flavor.

Hi. Quick question regarding bs and offset of wheel with 37 and lift.....was there any rubbing at full lock? Want to do same set up. Want to make sure 4.75 bs 8.5 rim 0 offset way to go. Thanks. Chris

We received more info from WARN and it is addressed in this thread: WARN ZEON Winch Notice

Basically it is in regards to the throw of the engagement lever. To work within the confines of the OE Rubicon winch bumper, the engagement lever needs to only turn 90*. The new ZEONs are already modified, anyone with an older ZEON can get a free conversion kit from WARN.

Anyone know what that kit intails or how it works ? Iv’e got a ZEON 8s
