This is my setup currently.

Glock 19x in a Gum Creek under-steering-column holster. It works decently well - but isn't the most secure option in the chance I get into a crash.

Look too the left under my avatar.

I live in #california, sir.

This is a shall-issue state. So yes, you can get your CCW permit. Just takes a bunch of time, some hoop jumping, and a little money. A CCW is arguably more valuable here considering this state is a liberal anti-gun mess, riddled with criminals.

Just so you are aware - "gun free zones", unless federal buildings, can not prosecute you for carrying. They can tell you to leave if they happen to see you are carrying, that's it.

It isn't a crime. Don't leave your gun in the vehicle if you are going into a movie theater, for example.

And at the end of the day it is better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6.
Sigh...

That COMPLETELY depends on the state and or municipality and in no way is true across the board.

Prove it.

I completely disagree. Private business "policy" isn't law. At worst you can be trespassed.

... Change my mind

Is correct. Store policy is NOT the law. Carry on(I crack myself up).

Yep - I noticed. I’ll never be able to get one of those. Criminals in California seem to have plenty of them.

TN law says it’s a misdemeanor to carry with license anywhere that is posted. I think maximum fine is like 500.
It’s seldom enforced, usually you are just asked to leave.
