So it started many years ago when my eldest daughter mentioned she liked Jeeps. I showed her photos of my old CJ7 and YJ, and that sealed the deal . From that day on, she never wavered. She wanted a Jeep when she got old enough to get a license .
Don’t get me wrong this is a win win for me. I missed owning a Jeep and now I can own one and build one with my daughter. Her name is Jill. So project JILLY was born
Her only request.... White with a black top and black wheels
Well this is where we started with a permit and a new JLU
First day out, on a sunny So Cal day
We have since added a spiderweb shade in black. (sorry no pics yet )
So her actual birthday is next week .... So off to the shop it went today
With some new rims and tires on the menu (that she picked by the way)
35x12.5 Nitto Trail grapplers, 17x9 method racing Standards MR301 matte black
We Had to remove the front air dams between front bumper and fender for clearance
Here is the happy girl. First time seeing it
What she doesn’t know, is that I have a friend at Fabtech and they have offered to install their new 3” lift on it for her
I drop it off tomorrow
TO BE CONTINUED .....
