I just called Jeep customer service and they said it went to KZ on 4/23 and is set to go on a rail 5/13, but they do not have an ETA. They couldn't answer as to why it is taking so long.

A few from picking it up last night and this morning in early light. Like ThirtyOne said its really impossible to capture it all in pictures. It takes on a little different color in every light I've seen it in so far. Hopefully get time to pull the splash guards tonight!

Well you’re going rail, so it’s a little more understandable. I would have thought mine coming only by truck would have been here in a week. I’ll call dealership tomorrow if I don’t hear anything.

Well from reading Sergio ‘s thread, I is actually reprocess.... so anything they find that needs repair is done then.

Inspection and reprocess. Anything from a scratch to bigger repairs are done during that stage. I can see why chat might use two weeks as a canned answer for that status.
I can’t say that something is wrong with your Jeep..... just that repairs are made in that status.

I don't know whats up with that.. I ordered my Rubi on 4/9, according to Serge it should be framed around 5/9. I think you ordered a little after me.
