i hated the Fitestone M/Ts on my Willys, especially on wet.
i’ve used several sets of BFG MTs and ATs, and the Firestones were the worst on both wet or noise.
even the Mickey Baja Boss MTs i have on now are quieter than the Firestones.

I owned a JLR with the K02s and loved them. I wonder how the MTs on the Willys compare?

Anyone own or drive on both the Rubicon K02s and the Willys MTs for any length of time?

Trying to get an idea of how loud the MTs are after some miles on them. And how they are in rain , wet , snow?

I have the Firestones. They are noisy, very noisy. They are great in the dirt though and don't pick up rocks like the KO2s do. A great tire for areas with caliche/gravel roads. They are not good in the rain. They were awesome on fresh powder snow. Probably not good on wet snow since the rain traction is not great.

They ride nice enough though and they are probably the tallest 32" 255/75/17 tire out there. I like the outline white letters on my white Jeep. Will I get another set when these wear out? No. I like them enough to keep them, 12k miles so far and they show little wear compared to other MTs I've had. I would consider Firestone AT or XT tires as replacements as the wear and ride of these are quite good.

I'll use the Firestone until they are done. I've always used duratacs on all my off road vehicles and trucks. Best tire imo in everything from moab to deep snow.

Mine were terrible on road in the wet snow.
I replaced them with FIrestone Destination XT's because I did like the look of them.
Very pleased with the XT's so far.

Good to hear since I really like the look and the tread pattern of the XTs.

Lucky for me, when I went shopping for the Chief Blue Clear Coat V6 I found 3. The closest one was 340 miles away. Worth the trip and driving back 340 miles in our new Willys, well it was worth every mile. Due to this color only being offered from November 1, 2020 to February 1, 2021 we were not licky enough to order one fully loaded, so we settled for one well equipped. I added LED taillight, Proximity lock system, and back Park Assist rear bumper however, have not been able to find the correct Park Assist Module that this truck would’ve come with if I had ordered it from a build sheet.
So after trying 3 modules without any luck, I have to ask...
If anyone has any ideas on how I can locate the correct Park Assist module, please let me know. Thanks!

Quick question….
Does the Willys come with sill guards? Our Sport didn’t but I’m not sure if the Willys does. Ours is still a couple of weeks out and I’d like to order a set for when it gets here if I need them.

I ordered the quadratec ones. Notice the difference in coverage especially on the inner raised lip where your foot would drag across the paint.

Just a little note - while these do provide a bit of extra protection, the do deform the door seals a little bit. I have seen a few people post that they now get water inside sometimes when it rains.

On the right 2018-2020. Left 2021. I ripped mine off the day I purchased the Jeep. There were a few changes to the front end for the 2021 Willys.
Not correct. I have a 2020 Willys and mine does not have those fitted. Mine looks like the one on the left.

no.
i added grip tape. better coverage, cheaper, and doesn't interfere with the door seals.

On the Canada build site it doesn't show those euro things for 2021?

Guess I'll find out in 4 to 6 months lol
