I will once I get it. I am also looking at something like 3.5" lift.Is anyone throwing 37s on their rig?
Thank you, my biggest struggle seems to be finding the right tire with the Sahara 18 inch wheel! I had 285/70/17 on my JK and don't want to go smaller. I can't seem to find 285/70 tire on 18" wheel. not sure why? and don't want 285/65, so the next size up is 305Personally I wouldn't worry about it, the stock gate can probably handle it just fine. There are others that prefer to err on the side of caution, but I think even Jeep has said that you can run a 35" spare without any reinforcement.
Just to give you some background, I have consistently used a spare tire bike rack on my JK with its stock 32" tire. The bike rack adds weight, and obviously so does the bike, especially since I'm usually hauling a fat tire bike, which is heavier than a normal bike. I have had mine and another bike on that rack for long road trips, and have not experienced any issues.
Unless you are adding 50+ pounds to the existing setup, I wouldn't worry about it (and you aren't).
What is happening from the KO2 tires (notorious for slinging small rocks) on the Rubicon. This owner reported after just 1000 miles. I’m going to have to do something......I hope by changing out the rock sliders to an Nfab style step/rock crawler that it deflects some of these. Please, explain further

I guess it does. Note the fuel door says FUEL not JEEP.Is this proof that Sahara now includes the fuel door?
Thanks for sharing...looks LEGIT!
oh no, I don't want that to happen. I was planning put on KO2What is happening from the KO2 tires (notorious for slinging small rocks) on the Rubicon. This owner reported after just 1000 miles. Look on the main general thread. A day of so ago someone was posting they are going to make the protective film pre cut for the hinges.oh no, I don't want that to happen. I was planning put on KO2
I will have the sahara, so the running boards may deflect some.Look on the main general thread. A day of so ago someone was posting they are going to make the protective film pre cut for the hinges.
