Update to my original post about the 35 Nitto trail grappler not fitting:

The guys at the shop didn’t try hard enough. After following the link someone posted, I was off to. It my solution... the rough country relocation bracket - but I read all comments, one guys comment stated “ordered, and returned, not needed on rubicon if u have steel bumper group!”

So I literally just went to my garage - and lifted this damn tire/rim combo myself and got it on the mount! The 35” is pretty heavy. I was very excited, I called my wife who was already asleep to tell her of my major feat! But it FITS stock, apparently not any rubi- only if u have steel bumper group. I will say it was very tight - a little rub - the tire resting on the bumper. So I Mcgruber’d the shit out of it (great movie btw) and deflated from approx 40psi to 18 psi - then gave her and the bumper some lube (tire wet) - now she opens and shuts smooth, no stick at all. Took a trip around the block - no squeaking or anything. Will report back after my run on i95 tomorrow at 80 mph - if there are any noises or rattles.

Bottom line - glad it fits, and seriously don’t mind that it’s barely resting on bumper - helps take a bit of the load - (pictured below - no pun intended)

Congrats! It’s awesome when hard work (literally, that’s not light to pick up!) pays off!

Just put these on this past Tuesday. 315/70R17 (almost 35s). Black Rhino Armory wheels. 9.5 in wheel, -18offset. I did put on the tailgate reinforcement as well because there's a perfect spot for a CB antenna.

They are Smittybilt Atlas Doorsteps for when I get a roofrack. Little step folds down. Has a bottle opener too.

Got my tires and wheels today.
Procomp Series 29,17x8.5
Cooper STT Pro 35”s (315x70r17)
No lift and all is good.
Love the stance and they stuff nicely.
Spare fits fine for now, until brackets gets here.
It’s going to be a fun weekend...

?

Thank you. The second is an Overland Bound badge painted red to match the trail rated emblem.

I'm about to also put 35's on 17 in wheels. One question... Did you had to buy brand new TPMS sensor or were you able to just take them out of OEM wheels and put them on the new ones? And if you bought TPMS sensor, which ones did you get?

I put 35's on mine and moved my sensors from my stock wheels over to my new ones.

Just to make sure, so I would only need the rims and tires right? The rest I should be able to take it out of my stock tire? Thank u btw..

@Arnusoriano Also, if you decided to buy some you can google Wrangler JL TPMS sensors. Average are around $60 bucks although you can find them cheaper. They're also the same sensors for later JKs. From extreme terrain:

Yes, Rims and tires are all you need. When you get your tires mounted, you can move your sensors over to your new wheels.
