Reminds me of Jim Gaffigan's joke about RVs.
"That's kind of cheating, isn't it?
Oh that's what I forgot, my house."
Just so. Until there's a separate "RVing" picture thread, though, this one will have to do.

---------------

I enjoyed a long weekend of camping and a riding tour of several Civil War battlefields in Old Dominion, with some like-minded Uralistas.

There was a bit of trial and error with the new awning that I received as a gift (I usually don't use them.)

The loaded trailer towed well, asking for a reasonable 4.5 mpg in the process.

My campsite neighbor had a sano LJ with a superlative build-out.

Our normal tow vehicle was stuck at the dealer waiting for repair parts so the JLUR was assigned towing duty for a 3000lb R-Pod....it did just fine!

The Rpod and JL are a great combination!

Read a bunch on here, but didn't quite make it through 35 pages; forgive me.

I'm looking for a review on the Deep Sleep window screens: Deep Sleep Screens

I'm mostly wondering if they fit tightly enough to effectively block out bugs. Some of the tighter fitting variants I've seen on Amazon have reviews of subpar airflow. The full mesh of the DeepSleep screens shouldn't have that issue, but the pictures on their site seem to show it slightly loose.

Any real world reviews?

No personal experience, but I'd have to assume they reduce pests, not eliminate. Anything skeeter sized could just slip in from the bottom. At the risk of giving away a possible money maker, I wonder why nobody has made a no-see-um screen surrounded in light spring steel (like in pop-up tents) that is sized to seat inside the window channels.

I've actually seen something similar on Amazon.

That said, I finally found a picture of the DS screens fully on, from the outside. They seem to fit pretty tightly to the outer door.
