I just want to say the measurements in the first post here are incredibly helpful. I have been curious if a Sport + Mopar lift and wheels would still fit in the garage. Seems like a yes with a little room to spare based on the measurements from the OP.
I do think a roof rack might cause some issues for my case, which is also good to know.

Did you need wheel spacers for these wheels? I have the rubicon take off wheels and bought the mopar lift, I dont want to buy new wheels. I heard that buying different contorl arms will help me run stock wheels as the jks control arms arms are bent away from the wheel
No wheel spacers needed but these are not rubicon take off wheels I’m not sure how the backspacing compares.

Glad info helped

Do track bars create any concerns for warranty coverage?

Honestly bigger tires/lift would be more of a concern I thought but Jeep has been great so far, haven’t questioned anything. We had the steering stabilizer (death wobble) replaced then the steering box. The steering box was brought to our attention by the mechanic.

My 305/70r17 just catch the swaybar, it's a Rubi but euro spec so no wide diffs or high flares but they are 44's front and rear. I can't see how a 35x12.5 will not rub on the swaybar without adjusting the steering stops a bit. I'm hoping the axle is slightly off center and when I lift in a couple of weeks and fit the adjustable trackbar I can resolve without adjusting the steering stops.
