I was planning a 2" mopar lift on my 2021 2dr Willys, if it is ever delivered. But, I am confused by various posts over whether I need other parts like a track bar or is the lift kit all I need? No rock climbing just driving around in Montana mountains on some rough roads at times. Thanks for any insight

Not sure how this works but I just had a 2.5 lift on my 2020 Willys And looking for 37 inch on stock rims. Tire size is 255/75/17. I’ve read that some people put 37/12.5/17 on rubicon rims but they are wider? Or 315 70 17. Not sure how that would fit on such a small rim. I don’t want to add spacers or do any other mods. Mainly daily commute. Just want to be as high as I can. Any suggestions?

All factory Jeep wheels are the same 7.5" width. 37's can be a bit much for the non Rubicon axles, because the axle shafts are of a thinner diameter. Also, it could feel like a dog in daily driving because of the taller 3.45 axle gearing. Another also, is tire to frame/suspension clearance at full turn is more of an issue with the narrower axles.

I would recommend a C-rated 315/70-17. At most, you would need to adjust your steering stops out a bit to avoid rub at full turn.

Oh, and welcome to the community!

Just got my new Willys back this morning with a 2.5 lift. I went with C-rated 285-70-17, a 33" tire. Works great but certainly nothing like the 37"
I bet it looks great! You should have plenty of room, if you wanted to go with a set of 315's down the road.

Don't do the 37's you will most likely rub. 315 70 17's are really good for the jeep.
