I am completely redoing the Jeep sound and head unit/infotainment center with Stinger Height10 and full factory PAC integration (still in Beta). These systems should be shipping around the end of summer sometime.
The Height10 PAC integration Install is fairly straight forward if you follow the instructions that the team at Stinger/PAC have laid out. It is very tight in the JLU dash so the wiring and module placement has to be a certian way.
The install took about two hours. Tha time can be cut down after a couple of installs.
All and all the system is fairly bug free and maintains the factory HD camera. Something no one else is doing right now. The other manufacturers that are creating solutions for the JLU can keep the camera but are dumbing it down and not maintaining the HD quality that the Stinger unit is doing.
As you can see this unit gives the operator to utilize all of the factory computer goodies. It also utilizes the factory data points in the Jeep, something no one else is doing either, to keep it clean and factory.
This unit is hands down and amazing solution for jeep owners who want tha most out of their Jeep, sound and otherwise.
The Height10 has an onboarding microphone which sounds better than any remote mic I have ever seen.
It accomplishes sound quality with an inboard crossover and equalizer that rivals stand alone as and crossovers. It gives the operator great ability to control their music. All with a 10" screen and factory quality fit and finish all in one kit.
I will be continuing this thread with more pictures as I move through the build.
To come... Arc Audio. Full System

how about a youtube video of the UX built into the head unit? How is it navigating menu to menu? Radio/HD radio controls? CarPlay integration?

Looks great! I've heard it's a very well priced option compared to the Alpine.

I have a video but the file is too big for this site. Haven't figured out YouTube yet. I'll work on that.

The whole system is very user friendly. I am an Android user and android auto works very well.

Thanks for starting this thread!
Are you able to add Apps from Google Play? Or is the radios architecture locked down to only the manufacturers button? Just quick research has this package at around $1600 for the HU, PAC adapter, and off line GPS maps.

Subscribed- the screen looks amazing, and it seems as if this is a very well thought out upgrade.

I see one of these units in my future- just waiting to watch some install threads like this one. My questions are along the lines of:
1. Are the Jeep graphics (like the cool graphic that shows tire pressures and a wireframe of the Jeep) going to be available with 2 door depictions- hoping that answer will be "yes?"
2. On the website, it looks like there is an accessory that features a HDMI port- so can video be piped into the unit?
3. It appears as if the Heigh unit works with the CANBUS of the Jeep. Will this cause any conflicts if a Tazer is also installed?

Again, thanks for posting this thread- looking forward to seeing these units in more JLs (like mine :^) in the near future!

The graphics are a result of the factory integration so I would imagine if you have a 2 door it would reflect a 2 door.
There is an HDMI port. I haven't tried that yet but I will and I will keep you posted.
It does work with the canbus and no I dont believe there would be any interference. I will be installing a Tazr as well so I will let you know.

Did you upgrade the sub or keep the factory one?
I didn't have a factory sub. I knew I was going to be doing the system so I got the base radio.
However, I will be doing 2 Arc Audio 12s in custom enclosures over the wheel wells between the back seat and the roll bar. I will keep you posted on the progress.
