We did 7 mile rim in Moab yesterday with our stock JLD. Only thing different are the Nitto 305x70x17 at 20 pounds air. After the rocky climb up the hill at the beginning of the trail there are small shelf steps to go up about 6 to 10” high. The diesel walked up them at idle in m-1 ! And 4 low! Needed a little throttle at bigger shelf’s but next to never broke traction , just crawled over most obstacles. Did wipe out hill with lockers “just for safety sake “ since this is a new Jeep. It went up and down perfectly at m-1 and 4 low. Done this many times before in our 2014 JKUL 3.6 with no locker used, but this time I was a little chicken. This diesel is way far superior to our 2007 3.8 and the 2014 3.6. It rides and performs like a dream.
