No was all pretty straight forward. when doing the geometry correction brackets keep the bracket very loose til you get the control arms in, driver side went in a lot easier than the passenger, but passenger side was done first. The total bracket install time was about an extra hour. Lift took about 4.5 doing it by myself with tool fetching from the wife.
Thanks for the heads up. Is your front axle centered? I know it says no need for an adjustable track bar on AEV website but I have read from other forums that folks who had the same kit were installing an adjustable track bar to recenterd their front axles. Thanks!

Ehhh I haven't measured it out but alignment was done and no issues noted everything was in the green. Rides good, Ill prob do a track bar for piece of mind in the future anyway though

I’d bet you already know this but I’ll comment for others sake anyway.

It is impossible for the axle not to shift when lifting. It’s a fixed arm that has to move on it’s radius, so as the springs get taller the fixed length trackbar has no choice but to pull the axle to the drivers side. (drivers side on the front and passenger side in the rear) An adjustable trackbar corrects the shift by changing the length of the radius.

Taller you go the more it will be off. It’s up to each individual to determine what they are willing to live with. I suppose it’s possible the Jeep came with the axle not centered to the other side and lifting centered it up. But it has to shift unless using an adjustable bar.

Have you had a chance to measure the true height of your 37s, bfg claimed to be 36.5 but I doubt it.

how’s the road noise compare to ko2s? Any noticeable power loss?

Mounted and supporting the weight of the Jeep, they measured in at 35.5. The spare measures at the claimed diameter of 36.5.

These tires are amazingly quiet. I don’t notice any change from the KO2s. Definitely little power loss from the 33s since I’m running stock 3:45. As mentioned in many threads the auto handles it fine around town but open highway you won’t see 7/8 gear much. This is not our DD so not big deal yet. Will consider gearing or axle swap at some point but really not needed for our use yet.

Thanks! Wondering if the 410 from stock rubi handles these 37s a little better

Thanks man. Any loss of power? Can you get to 8th gear?
No problem! Yeah there is a loss of power, but the Jeep still has plenty of acceleration and frankly doesn’t feel that much different from stock. 8th gear is harder to get to but I still see it fairly regularly. This is with the small hills we have in lower Alabama and the 2.0l turbo at sea level. YMMV. Stopping power also feels adequate. The KO2s are relatively light, so that may be a factor.
