Does anyone know of or have installed any kind of bolt-on steps to the stock Rubicon rock rail? I like the stock rock rails but my little kids could use a step to get in/out of the my Rubicon. I would rather not buy a whole new rock rail kit (yet!) and would rather use what I already bought and take the steps off when I want to go wheeling.

Anyone???

I just posted in another thread about the M.O.R.E Hide-a-step. My kids love it. I only have it on one side right now but may get another.

How does that step get locked into the upper or lower position? How is it unlocked when you want it to be back up against the rock rail? Glad the kiddos approve!

There's a spring that flips it up. They have to step on it to flip it down. For off-road use it has two easily removable pins to remove the lower half

Has anyone tried the M.O.R.E. Step with the Mopar Performance rock rails?

Following. I have the MOPAR performance rails and other half is short, and I hear about how hard it is for her to get in. Been researching step rails and just yesterday I was I wondering if the removable steps for the Rampage rock rails or N-Fab RKR rails could be made to fit MOPAR stock or performance rails. .

I have 4 of them and they work great for my wife and two girls (6&4) and I’m sitting 2.5” on 37s. I had the Roam steps which I liked but my kids kept sliding out of the Jeep and scraping their legs.

Apologies I completely missed the key word there Mopar Perfomance and was just thinking my Rubi Rock Rails. My setup is the same as earlier pictured just with a step for each door. :headbang:

Glad I could help Rico1111.

The price was definitely a motivating factor, and the fact that they can be removed in under 5 minutes is awesome.
