Hitch adapter to tow yard equipment?

So I just ordered a chipper that has an option to be able to be towed with something like a small yard tractor. You can see it at: https://www.drpower.com/Power-Equipment/Chippers/Chipper-Shredders-/DR-Chipper-Shredder/p/CS33040BMN

I don't have a tractor but I do have a VERY hilly property and a 2019 Wrangler Moab with a factory hitch. The hitch isn't directly compatible with the towing hardware on the chipper. Does anybody have any idea of any "adapters" I could get to make them connect properly?
