Swapping my foglights from OEM plastic bumper to LOD bumper. Can't figure out how to get the foglight wiring harness off the plastic bumper without totally taking the bumper apart. Is there an easier way? Feel like taking a hammer to it but i'm selling the bumper! lol

Here's a couple of pictures of the harnes. It looks like it goes between the steel plate and the outer plastic. But it will not pull through.

You will need to take it apart completely to get the wiring harness out.
That's what I was afraid of... was hoping there was an easier way. Thanks for the quick response. On another note, i'm installing an LOD signature series mid length bumper. The installation is a little vague (i'm a noob). If I can't figure something out may I PM you?

I didn't. I just pushed the plastic pop fasteners in then pulled it right out.

I popped the 2 at each end closest to the lights, are their more? I didn't see any but I could have missed them.

you have to disassemble the whole bumper to get the other clip retainers to get the whole harness out. It’s a pain but not difficult once you remove all the bolts and such.

Yes, mine has them every few inches. The one on each end was different shape and color. The middle ones were black the end ones were tan IIRC

You need to remove the nuts circled in the attached photos and then you can remove the metal channel which is the actual bumper, the rest is plastic decoration.

Thanks Greg! After taking a break and eating dinner last night I figured it out that I needed to take that metal bracket off. Did that and was able to remove the harness! Thanks again for the reply.
