So, I wanted to report how the first Skype call with my lovely bride went. It was basically a failure but funny. In these kinds of situations you have to go with the flow and laugh at some of the stuff that happens. Lest you go bonkers.
She was not in the greatest of moods cuz she had been up late, probably partying. lol
She had pretty much just gotten up, the call was at 11.
Poor Erin, the lady carrying the laptop, was following Gail around as Gail continued her walking. She was trying to get Gail to look at the screen to see me, but Gail was in grumpy mode and could care less. She did act like she at least heard me at one point but didn't wanna look at the screen. We had to laugh as Erin tried and tried. Finally she gave up and she and I talked for a bit.
Then a couple of the nurses came on the screen to say hi to me. They said they missed me, and that was quite nice to hear.
Even tho it was a failure, I got to see her and we had a good laugh about it.
We are gonna try again on Thursday, maybe after lunch.

Hopefully the next one goes better.

Well I'm trying Costco's same day delivery. They're supposed to be at the house between 5-7pm this evening. Let's see how this goes the local market was a fail. No paper goods(TP & PT weren't available for delivery) but the few groceries and drinks the fam wanted and the doggos kibble were. Not holding my breath but it would be nice if it works out.
