Looking to go up to a 35" M/T on my Sport. Probably gonna end up going with some Patagonia's but my parts department found these for pretty cheap ($184 a tire) all the reviews I could find were truck owners. Anyone go this uber budget route?

Might take a look at Federal Couragia, get decent reviews and good pricing

Patagonias (which I have) are a nice tire, but not a true mud tire, great for all around use but not the best for mud vs. a dedicated mud tire, so it depends what use you're truly after.
Also my 295/70/17s which are 33.3" tall still retain most of the stock performance w/ the high sport gears.

35s on a sport will sap your performance w/ the sport gearing, might consider a 305/70/17 (I think Achilles Desert Hawk MT) so you're tires don't bog you down too much.
