Decided to check mine too (mfr 3/2019)

I stopped counting after 20 when finding fuses that would push down and click.

Just so someone does not think the whole loose fuses thing are only 18-19 models.
I had just about half of them loose build date 2-20

My 2020 (October ‘19 build) had none loose.

I wonder what is causing the inconsistency?

I had seen this thread and on day one of new JL ownership January 20, 2020 I popped the fuse box lid and every fuse and relay pushed in and clicked. I bet some sunk 1/16" inch.

I bought my 2020 4 weeks ago. It had a few relays and fuses loose. That was one of the 1st things I check when I got it home.

I've added this to my delivery checklist. :like:

• Check fuses and relays. Make sure they are all seated.
I should be picking mine up in a few weeks, what else is one your list? The only item I have is to check the color of the paint on the half doors.

Was a long time ago, but here is what I walked into the dealership with:

Checklist:

• Check frame welds, especially those around suspension mount points. (Good)
• Check fuses and relays. Make sure they are all seated. (Good)
• Check tire pressures (Reduce from 40psi to 34psi)
• Check weather stripping on doors and windshield to ensure seal. (Good)
• Put pinhole in windshild washer fluid cap to prevent rear leak. (Good)
• Two sets of keys (Good)
• Jeep mini ratchet set/Torx (for hardtop/windshield/doors) (Good)
• Lugnut key (if you have locking lugs) (Good)
• Freedom top storage bag (if equipped) (Good)
• Carpet floor mats standard (but not if all season mats are equipped) (Good)
• JL Wrangler Owners Manual/Warranty guide (may just be in your Jeep’s infotainment system only). Not 100%, but can be printed if requested directly through Jeep. (Good)
• Jeep hitch receiver rubber insert (if trailer towing group is equipped) (Good)
• Towing Pkg only: small baggie with tubing and splices. (Provided for aux switches - Good)
• Rubicon only: MOPAR Black Fuel Filler Door (Good)
* • Cold Weather Group option, you need to be sure you get the removable cord that is part of the block heater kit (and look under your hood for it if not in a separate bag)
• Rubber mats inside your center console (Good)
• Register your car at www.mopar.com.
* • Activate your Uconnect (if so equipped). Follow the menu prompts on your screen.
• Activate your hotspot if you want - https://www.att.com/jeep $10 / $20 unlimited plans for existing AT&T customers.
* • Get your 15% off accessories coupon at www.mopar.com that you can use at most dealerships.
* • Cover up your VIN number on the driver side that is visible from the outside. This will prevent the VIN method of car theft / fraud (Google VIN car theft fraud for details).
* • Added service contract for extra wait? Auto Appearance Care Plus
• Cruise control recall? NHTSA Campaign: 18V-322. Chrysler’s number for this recall is U49. (Good)
• Sheet metal rusting recall? NHTSA Campaign: 18V231000 (Good)

Update: Look for the steel steering box, it'll be black.
