I just put a lift and 35in tires on my sport. It definitely has lost a stop feels little sluggish but nothing crazy. Was wondering if I should regear my sport axels or look for Rubicon take offs?

A re-gear should be all you need on 35's

If you have the cash rubicon axles would be nice but very expensive. A re-gear Can be done for less than 2k

For someone in your situation depending on wheeling type the most cost effective route is a regear. However, depending on your budget and wheeling potential if you come across some take out rubi axles for a decent price (3000-3500) you get a lot of bang for you buck.

Wider axles
Lockers
Stronger axles
4.10 gears

Thanks yeah I plan on doing some off roading when I can. I'm in New York so its kind of a drive for any good spots. But ill probably just do a tazer for now and see how that goes.

Yep...you'll get everything you need outta that. I had 4.88s in my Dana 44s on my Ruby. She had great get up and go! So the 44s and 4:10s should do it best in your situation. Brett's smilin because he knows he's right!

ive done this with my sport. to add front and rear electronic lockers and regear is 3500-4500 alone. i got both my axles for 4300 bucks. one was a take off and my front was brand new. bigger tubes. 1.5" wider axle, 4:10 gears. and it takes a day or two in your driveway and some hand tools this is what put me over the fence and did the install. much happier with my jeep knowing i can comfortably run up to a 37" and have lockers without issues.
