Northern IL Jeep Clubs?

My JLURD hasn't been built and delivered yet but I've been searching for Jeep clubs in Northern IL. I've found a few but none of them seem active. Anyone know of any that are active?

I don't think there are any really. Lack of places to offraod may have something to do with it. I used to meet up with a few people to have a picnic type gathering but nothing hardcore. That was by beaches downtown though.

Start a meetup and see if anyone comes. Though it would have to be more of a hey let's get together and BS about Jeeps.

Check out Windy City Jeep Force on FB. They have monthly outings and events for all levels of experience. Generally a very active and helpful group.
