What are the biggest tires I can put on a stock 2019 Sahara without doing any lifts or mods?

If you search you should see a ton of threads on this. I believe it's 33's or 285's

I can't help you from experience, but I previously slogged through the posts similar to your Q doing research form my potential Sahara.

275/70r18 is a 100% no brainer with no mods. 285/70r18 looks to be the largest with no mods but might rub a little on full articulation if that is a concern and if it slightly rubs on full lock then adjust the steering stops. 295/70r18 definitely needs 1.25" wheel spacers and will probably rub a bit more on full articulation. Look at the build thread for user JL18. He also lifted which is not strictly needed except, again, for extreme articulation.
