Do those arms telescope to take the tent up and down? If so, what are they? Where can I get some?

They do but they are not hydraulic and the tent makes it more difficult to raise and lower. They are made by Thule for pick up truck beds. I just flipped them around to fit a trailer.

I have I spent a lot of my adult life carrying a back pack and hiking in the wilderness.
When I remove the rear seats from my 2-Door, there is loads of space!
The photo below shows my Jeep and my friend's vehicle ........with trailer.
My wife and I slept in a tent too big to be carried in a back pack yet fits easily in my Jeep

How does the NoBo do behind your JLUR. Was looking at it but if I remember correctly it is over 3500#. I think the 3500# is BS, but would love to hear you experience.

This NoBo is 2800# so falls into the range that the JLUR can tow. Fully outfitted I come in much closer to 3200# so it is still under but not really ideal. My experience is that the JLUR pulls it well without wind. Add wind into the mix and you have a less than fun ride. I purchased a Grand Cherokee with factory tow package to tow with going forward as I am not really comfortable towing with the JLUR long distances. Bottom line is that it can do it but I don't think it is safe to pull it. The surface area of this trailer is too large for the short wheelbase of the JLUR imo. I still also have my JLUR soi now we just bring both vehicles when we need to.

One night of camping right here in Colorado. We were under video surveillance so all was good. My bud in the other Jeep was worried about getting a ticket. Heck there was over 60 vehicles camping in this Walmart parking lot in Breckinridge.

Hi there! I am about to purchase the Maximus-3 roof rack for my JL rubi 2-door and then invest in iKamper Skycamp Mini RTT

I'Ll let you know how that turns out.

Can't see any examples, so mihgt as well ask here - is a roof tent feasable for a 2 door JL?
