What is the tire/wheel size? That’s exactly what I’m looking to get!
33X12.5 on 20x9 with 0 offset

Hope that helps!

Hey all just got delivery of my wheels and tires. Went with pro comp 1069 and 295/70r17 nitto ridge grapples. Have rubicon take off suspension and .5in teraflex spacers for reference.

Hi, Im getting the same fitting done except tire width is 315 instead of 295. Ill also have the rubicon take off suspension. Just wanted to know if you encountered any rubbing when you turn or rubbing on flex?

New kicks on the crag wagon!

275/70/R18 BFG KO2 ATs. This is a Euro spec Wrangler Sahara. No lift, no spacers.

I have no rub at full turn, and haven't tested rubbing the wheel wells at full flex. I don't think there will be any.

33s DO rub a bit on Sport S with no lift. I didn't think there was any rub at first ... even when I turned the tires to full extremes & got out and looked. But, in a few parking instances, the tires did slightly rub the bottom of the plastic piece that bridges the bumper to the fender flare. I planned on removing those pieces, but just haven't gotten around to it.

I have a 2.5" boost (using stock suspension) boxed in my garage waiting to go on. I'm not sure yet whether I'm going to do it myself or have someone install the lift who will also do the alignment. If I put it on soon, I'll post pics.
whats the offset on the rims?

I am new to jeeps. I just bought a 2019 Sport 6-spd manual. I am looking to upgrade the tires. I read this whole post and I see I am safe to go with the 285/70/17. However, I have the stock sport 17” wheels and I was told that I needed spacers to be able to install those tires on mine. I havent seen many people say that here, so I wanted to clarify that. If I do need them what size spacers would I need?

Opposite is true. Spacers will cause significant rubbing, the tires will hit the outside edge of the fenders instead of tucking up inside. 285/70/17 with stock wheels and no spacers is good to go.

To compare, here's my KO2's on a stock 2020 JLUS. 285/70R17 with +12mm offset wheels (stock is +44.5. We originally went with -18 but they stuck out quite a ways. I LOVED the look, but the road spray (dirt, water, rocks, etc) was TERRIBLE. +18 is perfect for me.

Ok, that actually makes sense.

So will there be no rubbing even while on the trails? Nothing hardcore, but there will be some flexing on the places I go to; usually rots from water and such.

Yea you’re fine. I always assume people wheel their stuff and advise accordingly. If you don’t wheel you can actually run spacers and larger tires. But if you plan on flexing out, 285/70/17 with stock wheel offset is the max. Rubi fenders will buy you some extra space for wheel spacers and/or slightly larger tires.

But I am guessing to run 35’s you need more than the Rubi fenders, right? I would need a lift as well?

i am eventually gonna do the lift (maybe 3-4 months from now) but I hate how the jeep tires look stock so wanna do something about it now. Lol

Well rubi fenders are modular, you can run a high line kit of some sort with aftermarket fender liners which will give you a lot more room if you have issues. Or you can add an inch of bump stop and keep the full rubi fender with 35s, and use rubi take off springs to gain back the inch of up travel you lost with the bump stop.
